ICCER 2012 is a two yearly event aimed at establishing scientific link at international level, in order to share and disseminate valuable information on activities in Civil Engineering research in developing countries. The conference covers state-of-the-art Civil Engineering research in the field of structure, material, transportation engineering and management, water resource engineering and management, geotechnical engineering, construction engineering and management, education in Civil Engineering, design, experiment and construction regulations and other related Civil Engineering research issues. The conference offers opportunities to young researchers, postgraduate students and professionals to share ideas related to Civil Engineering research in developing countries.
